EloVault may send you automated text messages as part of account verification and security operations. SMS is delivered on our behalf by Twilio, Inc. using our toll-free sender (+1-855-389-4220). This page describes the messages we send, how often, and how you can opt out at any time.
SMS consent is optional. Consent is not a condition of creating an account or making any purchase on the Platform. You may use EloVault without participating in the SMS program. Note: a single one-time phone verification code, sent when you verify your phone number, is transactional and is delivered regardless of your program consent status — it is one message, not recurring.
If you opt in at signup, you agree to receive the following categories of automated messages:
We do not send marketing, promotional, or third-party offers via SMS. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own messaging.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. A typical user receives fewer than 10 messages per month. Users who trigger frequent security events or who enable SMS 2FA will receive more.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates imposed by your mobile carrier will apply to any messages you receive from EloVault. EloVault does not control these charges. Consult your carrier plan for details.
You opt in to the EloVault SMS program by checking the SMS consent checkbox during signup. Your consent is recorded on your EloVault profile. Consent is not a condition of account creation or any purchase on the Platform.
To stop receiving messages from the EloVault SMS program at any time, reply STOPto any message you receive from our sender (+1-855-389-4220). Our carrier (Twilio) handles STOP keywords at the network level and will immediately cease further messages to your number. Once EloVault processes the opt-out on our side, your account’s SMS program consent flag is set to disabled.
Opting out of the program does not cancel a verification code you have already requested. Verification codes are transactional, not recurring. If you opt out after requesting a signup OTP, the code that was already sent may still arrive.
For help with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message from our sender. Reply content is handled by our messaging carrier. For direct support, email support@elovault.app. We aim to respond to SMS-related questions within one business day.
Your phone number and SMS consent status are stored as described in our Privacy Policy. Message content is processed by Twilio, Inc. in accordance with Twilio’s privacy practices. EloVault retains message delivery logs for a limited period for fraud prevention and compliance audit, then deletes them.
We may update this SMS Terms page from time to time to reflect changes in program scope or regulation. Material changes (new message categories, new sending numbers) will be announced in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued participation in the SMS program after the effective date of a material change constitutes acceptance.
